The project focuses on expanding coverage through recruiting and training new CBSPs to provide SRH/FP information and services to the community. Priorities will include community involvement and participation and provision of integration of SRH and HIV information and services. Trainings will focus on updates in FP/SRH. Other strategies will include IEC/BCC such as picture drama, use of Maggie Apron; strengthen data capture and documentation and dissemination of lessons learned. The project will demonstrate a model CBD program for UMATI and other partners to learn.
1. Improve access and provision of quality sexual and reproductive health, information and services to the underserved communities of coffee growers falling under G32 and KNCU in Kilimanjaro Region.
